Law change for EU residents in Romania

I got this info from an email from Moorcroft.

There has been a law change in relation to Law 80/2011. If you are an EU citizen and have a registration certificate or permanent residence card issued before 6 June 2011 you have to have the card/document changed to reflect the new law which states the permanent residence cards are valid for 10 years now and the certificate for 5 years. This has to be completed by 31 August 2012. For more details contact

Be sure to read about what has happened so far. You can find everything in the quick summary of dates.
